On August 27, 2004, Gen. Hal Hornburg, Commander of the USAF Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Virginia, visited Winters to recognize the volunteers who helped in the recovery of a Dyess AFB airman's body from Elm Creek Reservoir in May.  Here he is speaking to the volunteers and to Winters High School students.  Gen.
